Quick Hint

Whenever you bake something with flour half it with whole wheat flour. It will add a bit of fiber and nutrition to what you make! (Even Cookies!!)

Whenever I use half and half on flour my cooking comes out too heavy. I don't mind the taste it just seems that everything comes out so heavy, like pancakes. Any suggestions?

I bought wheat gluten and add that and it helps it not be so heavy. Happy baking!
