If you can tell, I used a lot of the same ingredients just mixed them up a bit to create totally different meals. Also on Wednesday when we had Chicken stew I cooked extra Chicken and froze it for later use which was very handy in making the chicken pot pie on Saturday. I love cooking once and eating twice!

-lentil soup and toast*
Tuesday
-spaghetti, homemade bread sticks and salad
Wednesday
-chicken stew and rolls
Thursday
-Corned beef and cabbage with potatoes
Friday
-grilled veggie pizza and salad*
Saturday
-Chicken pot pie
*-Vegetarian meal
