Quick Hint
Whenever you bake something with flour half it with whole wheat flour. It will add a bit of fiber and nutrition to what you make! (Even Cookies!!)
Whenever I use half and half on flour my cooking comes out too heavy. I don't mind the taste it just seems that everything comes out so heavy, like pancakes. Any suggestions?

ReplyDeleteI bought wheat gluten and add that and it helps it not be so heavy. Happy baking!
